1. About PrepNex

PrepNex is a free online study tool with lessons, practice questions and timed practice exams for tests such as the ASVAB, the U.S. citizenship test, DMV and CDL permit tests, real estate, HHA, CNA, NREMT (EMT), MACE, GED, NCLEX, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+ and Cisco CCNA. By using PrepNex you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Study aid only — no guarantee

PrepNex is an independent practice resource. Our questions are written for practice and are not the real exam questions. Practice scores, including estimated scaled scores, are estimates only and do not predict your official result. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

Exam rules, content and passing scores are set by each testing organization and can change. Always check the official candidate handbook and the testing organization's website before your exam.

3. Not affiliated with any testing organization

ASVAB is a trademark of the U.S. Department of Defense. CompTIA, Security+ and Network+ are trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. Cisco and CCNA are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc. NCLEX, NCLEX-RN and NNAAP are trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). GED is a trademark of the American Council on Education. NREMT is a trademark of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. All other names and marks belong to their respective owners. PrepNex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations.

4. Health care content is not medical advice

Lessons for nursing and health care exams (such as CNA, HHA, NREMT, MACE and NCLEX) are for exam preparation only. They are not medical advice and do not replace your training program, your facility's policies, your supervising nurse, or the law and scope of practice in your state.

5. Accuracy

We work hard to keep content accurate, but mistakes can happen. Content is provided "as is". If you find an error, please tell us at adolphecarlyvenson@gmail.com and we will fix it.

6. Your account

• You can use most of PrepNex without an account. An account lets you save and sync progress across devices.
• You must give a valid email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• You can export your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not: copy, resell or republish PrepNex content or question banks; scrape or bulk-download the site; try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or other users' accounts; or use PrepNex for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Our content

The PrepNex lessons, questions, explanations, design and code are owned by PrepNex and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal study. Trademarks of testing organizations belong to their owners (see section 3).

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PrepNex is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PrepNex is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, including exam results, missed exam dates, or lost progress data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using PrepNex after a change, you accept the updated terms.
